Delivery

We offer free 2-3 working days standard delivery on all orders. For this service your order will be dispached by one of the following:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Service. (Untracked)
  • Hermes 2-3 Working Days Service. (Tracked)

Our Express Delivery 1-2 working days is avaliable are checkout for an extra charge. For this service your order will be dispached by one of the following:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Service. (Untracked)
  • Royal Mail 24 Service. (Tracked)
  • UPS Next Day Service. (Tracked)

We will advice you of which service we have used for both the Standard and Express delivery services.

Returns

Ordered the incorrect item or item no longer needed? You can return your item within 30 days as long as:

  • The item is returned in its delivered state i.e. packaging is unopened and any security seals are intact.
  • You (the customer) pays for the return postage. You are responsible for the condition and transit of the returned item.
  • You (the customer) advise Timmins Tech that you are returning the item in advance.

Item arrived damaged or faulty:
Please let us know if you have an issue with your item as soon as possible. If we don’t know about it, we cannot start to rectify the problem. We will pay for the return postage and send you out a replacement item or give you a refund once we’ve inspected it. After 30 days we cannot accept faulty items. In this case you should contact the manufacturer about thier warranty.
