Weekdays orders are dispatched the same day when made before 16:00. Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday.
We offer free delivery on all orders. Your order will be dispatched by one of the following:
- Royal Mail 1nd Class Service. (1-2 Working Days – Untracked)
- UPS Next Day Service. (Next Working Day – Tracked)
We will advise you of which service we have used at checkout.
Ordered the incorrect item or the item is no longer needed?
You can return your item within 30 days as long as:
Item arrived damaged or faulty:
- The item is returned in its delivered state i.e. packaging is unopened and any security seals are intact.
- You (the customer) pays for the return postage. You are responsible for the condition and transit of the returned item.
- You (the customer) advise Timmins Tech that you are returning the item in advance.
Please let us know if you have an issue with your item as soon as possible. If we don’t know about it, we cannot start to rectify the problem. We will pay for the return postage and send you out a replacement item or give you a refund once we’ve inspected it. After 30 days we cannot accept faulty items. In this case you should contact the manufacturer about their warranty.
